This special series is designed especially for those who have experienced any kind of trauma in their lives which may have lead to ongoing anxiety or PTSD. Participants will learn how and why yoga can help with these conditions in a safe, supportive environment. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Each session will include a brief discussion of an area related to the "why" of how yoga helps with trauma, anxiety and depression followed by a yoga class incorporating the discussion topic.
Session 2 - Breathing and grounding...including specific breath for anxiety. $25
