Please join Korebootcamps and Love Evolution Studio as we discuss ways to adapt to a more mindful way of eating. Whether it's for weight loss or just a healthier lifestyle oftentimes we can be stuck. Some may find they are eating healthy and exercising but are not seeing results.

Health Coach & Personal Trainer Kelly Backert will help you learn the following:

• About the energy and culture around fast food and slow food eating

• The physiological process of digestion as it pertains to mindful eating

• How you can help heal your relationship with food and your body

We will end the workshop with a meditation practice focusing on mindfulness as it relates to food and eating habits.
