IMMEDIATE FAMILY

meghan biemiller (she/her)

hi, i’m meghan — owner of love evolution studio and a big believer in community + connection.

i fell in love with hot yoga back in 2014, long before i ever imagined i’d own a studio. after years of looking for a studio that felt like home - in 2017 my search took me to love evolution yoga and just a few months later i became the very proud owner of love evolution studio! what mattered most to me then - and still does now - is creating a space where anyone who walks through the door feels a sense of belonging, comfort, and community. i’m not just running a yoga studio. i’m holding space for real humans living real lives - with all the stress, joy, mess, and magic that comes with it.

in 2022, i graduated from the studio’s first 200-hour teacher training program. i plan to teach zero classes, but going through the experience deepened my practice, strengthened my connection to our community, and reminded me just how transformative this work can be.

outside of the studio, i wear a few hats - entrepreneur, wife, mom, sales rep at skylight creative ideas, and licensed cosmetologist. but the studio is where my heart lives. it’s where i get to witness people soften, reconnect, laugh, and find a moment of peace in a world that asks so much of all of us.

whether you move big or spend the whole class lying on your back (you will often find me doing this in a hot power class), you’re welcome exactly as you are. i'm just grateful you’re here, and i can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
