join austin, mikayla and amanda lane for this 90 minute vinyasa variety practice to benefit austin's brother devon brown. class will begin with a 30 minute warm up/intro with mikayla, next will be a 30 minute flow with austin and then a 30 minute cooldown with amanda which will include sound bowls during savasana.
