Register with us
We use Mindbody for scheduling + purchases. Creating your account first makes everything smoother - especially if you’re booking from your phone.
On your phone, Mindbody might ask you to download the app. You can use the app or continue in your browser - both are fine.
Once you’re registered, you’ll be able to book classes, buy the intro offer, and manage your schedule in one place.
Step 2:
Start with our Intro Offer
New students - grab our intro offer (aka the Housewarming Special): 30 days for $30. It’s the easiest way to explore classes, get comfortable in the space, and find your favorites.
After you purchase, head straight to the schedule and book your first class.
Step 3:

Not sure where to start? You’re golden - truly. Every class is designed for real humans, not perfect yogis.
Quick tip: If you want a calmer first class, start with a slower pace. If you want to sweat, grab a heated class and go for it.

Know Before Your Go
What to bring
A mat, water, and an open mind. We have a few loaners if you forget yours. Wear anything you can move and breathe in - not fancy, just comfy.
what to expect
Your teacher will offer lots of options so you can move, pause, modify, or rest whenever you need. No pressure, no performance - just you showing up.
Step 5:
The day of, Give yourself a minute to settle in
Please try to arrive early - not “race-through-a-yellow-light” early… but early enough to settle in before class starts. If you arrive after class has started (and the studio door is unlocked), please join quietly.
