New here? Start here.
We’ll help you feel totally comfortable walking in - and make it easy to book your first class.
Step 1:
find your starting point
not sure where to begin? we’ve got you.
explore our class styles + see what feels like the right fit for you. whether you are craving something slow and grounding or a little more strength and sweat - there’s a place for you here.
Step 2:
book your first class
it’s time to book your first visit!
New students - be sure to grab our intro offer (aka the Housewarming Special): 30 days for $30. It’s the easiest way to explore classes, get comfortable in the space, and find your favorites.
Step 3:
find your rhythm
we always recommend aiming for 5 classes in your first 30 days. that’s when things start to shift - you’ll recognize familiar faces, feel more comfortable in the space and start noticing real changes in your body and mind.
remember every class style and every teacher brings something a little different.
give yourself permission to explore. you might come in thinking you’re a “slow flow person” and fall in love with something totally unexpected.
that’s part of the magic. this is when the practice starts to feel like your own 🖤
Step 4:
what to expect
bring A mat, water, and an open mind. We have a few loaner mats if you forget yours. Wear anything you can move and breathe in - not fancy, just comfy.
once you are settled on your mat Your teacher will offer lots of options so you can move, pause, modify, or rest whenever you need. No pressure, no performance - just you showing up.
Step 5:
your first visit
give yourself a minute to settle in…
Please try to arrive early - not “race-through-a-yellow-light” early… but early enough to settle in before class starts. If you arrive after class has started (and the studio door is unlocked), please join quietly.
and remember the hardest part is showing up!
