erin leach (she/her) - lead instructor
Erin Leach (E-RYT-500, YACEP, RCYT, TRS-C) began practicing yoga as a college student and immediately fell in love with the overall sense of strength and peace she felt after each practice. She aims to help her students cultivate these same qualities within themselves in every class she leads. A lifelong learner, Erin has dedicated countless hours to the study of a variety of practices within the yogic tradition, helping her deepen the foundation from which she can teach and grow. Her certifications include 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (Jason Crandell Yoga Method), Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (ChildLight Yoga and Mindfulness), Certified Meditation Teacher (Sura Flow), Usui Reiki Master (Natural Healer), and Certified Mobility Specialist (The Ready State). Erin has also completed prenatal yoga teacher training with Yoga Birth. In 2020, Erin published her first children’s book, A Bear’s Guide to Yoga, to help families integrate yoga and mindfulness into their everyday lives. Outside of the studio, Erin is a licensed professional counselor working in private practice. When Erin is not teaching, practicing, or learning, you can find her sailing, paddleboarding, reading, sewing, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
